Our background and mission
It all started with a fellow photographer who was passionate about shooting and everything related to it. Ever since the beginning, there was no lack of clients, but soon we had to face the seasonality of our work. The constant shortage of time and workload made deadlines impossible to meet.
It was right then that we came up with the idea of hiring a staff of specialists who would handle clients ever closer and faster. Working with employees on a remote basis is relevant in many other areas, but in this case, it was more of a downside. Specialists were often involved in other projects, and third-party contractors had to be trained each time on the company’s unique style. This meant that much time and effort was once again spent on internal issues rather than on proactive work on orders and communication with clients.
The decision to build a full-time team was a logical consequence of seeking the ultimate work format. Today, Fotoks employs experienced professionals who are ready to take on orders almost as soon as they are generated. This allows us to solve clients’ challenges promptly and provide the finished result in the shortest possible time.
The company aims to increase the quality of photography around the world. Those are not just pompous lyrics. The very first shot was taken almost 200 years ago, and since then the photographer’s craft has become one of the most popular and prestigious and photos have become everyday satellites of our lifestyle. As representatives of a highly creative profession, we know firsthand that there is no limit to perfection. That is why we keep working on quality improvement, while the proof is hundreds of satisfied clients from dozens of countries across the globe.
